Aro que Swing
In June of 2017 they started an intense career through "Aro que swing" organizing various types of events and themed parties with music
live and teachers from other schools in different places and spaces, such as bars, pubs, restaurants, etc. In parallel, they have transmitted the most characteristic dances of the Swing, as monitors in different localities of the province; Cádiz, Jerez, Puerto de Santa María, Rota and Vejer de la Frontera among others.
Their socio-educational interests have also led them to participate in different proposals with young and old of all ages, using the history of swing jazz music and the social context of each decade in which it had representation (Participated in IES La Janda de Vejer of the border, IES La Barca de la Florida, etc. With very good results and acceptance by students and teachers.)
Currently impart this knowledge through the School of dance of the UCA.
The JazzCádiz Festival this year has a space aimed at the public, which aims to generate opinion, provide information and continue to create culture around jazz and improvised music. The Jazz Forum invites us to go beyond concerts to see and listen to jazz. It invites us to meet people who create music, with those who promote it, with those who intellectualize it, with those who entangle with it and bring new visions. Admission is free to all appointments. The Jazz Forum begins its journey this 12th Edition with:
